PRESENTATION TO YOUNG LUCAS
The players got together and bought Lucas a replica tracksuit the same as the players wear going to games. They presented this to him prior to Saturday’s match with Crossgates .Lucas was more than delighted with the gift and he and his family very appreciative.
YOUNG AND OLD
It gave us great pleasure to present our oldest surviving player with a complimentary season ticket for the season ahead as part of our 75th anniversary celebrations and who better to present James Hughes with that ticket but the youngest player on our books Jack Sayers (17) who is also a local boy. James played for the BROX from 1953 making his debut in the Coronation Cup and played a magnificent 10 seasons for us. He also remembers going to the first match Broxburn Athletic played on reform in 1947 going along with another Broxburn Character Sam Johnson. We wish James the best of health and long may he continue to come up to the Albyn and continue his support for many years to come, thanks for your service and continued support of the club.

SHAUN HARRISON APPEAL
After Saturday’s match at Whitburn we collated all evidence regarding the red card of Shaun Harrison and decided after seeking advice we had strong case for appeal which we duly did. This morning the disciplinary committee of the SFA upheld the appeal and rescinded the red card. We thank all for their input for the appeal especially Whitburn who provided video evidence which was used in the appeal.
