This week’s keydraw was won by David Hope from Winchburgh . David collects £50 , as Tommy Davidson ,who helped with the draw failed to pick the correct key to open the jackpot box . Next week’s jackpot will be £450 with 18 keys left to pick from to open the jackpot box . Next week’s draw will be on Sunday 21st of November at 5pm live on our Facebook page . BLANTYRE VICS V BROXBURN ATH CHALLENGE CUP

Saturday see’s Broxburn Athletic away to Blantyre Vics in the Challenge cup . There are seats on the team bus available but will be limited so get your name in early if you want to book a seat . The bus will be leaving the Albyn Park at 11.15am for a 1.30pm kickoff (please note kick off time )  Traveling by car to the game is as follows if you go along the East Kilbride  express way (A725) take the turn off for the Blantyre Industrial estate then go under the express way on to the B7012 head into Blantyre take the 2nd on the right on to Auchinraith Road , follow this road until the roundabout on the A724 and cross over the round about on to Forrest Street and the park is on your left hand side when you enter Forest Street. The postcode is G72 0JP.

AARON HAMILTON ON LOAN

Aaron Hamilton has been put out on loan to Edinburgh South and will get some valuable game time .Aaron was on loan to Pumpherston for a period at the start of the season before being back up to Shaun Donoghue when Connor Wallace was injured .

LIAM IRELAND TRANSFER

Liam Ireland has been transferred to Whitehill Welfare  and has signed with them until the end of season 2022/2023 . We wish Liam all the best for the future and thank him for his efforts whilst at Broxburn Athletic .

Todays match at Musselburgh Athletic has passed an early morning inspection . Anybody traveling to Musselburgh today for our game at 2-30pm kick off , be aware the racing  is on . It should not effect our travel but might be a build up of traffic in the area

KEYDRAW JACKPOT WON

The jackpot has gone with Calum Logan collecting a total of £1050  as Lucas , who helped with the draw  pulled the correct key out the bag to open the jackpot box . Well done to Calum and thanks to Lucas for helping with the draw . Wright extends his stay at Albyn Park

We’re pleased to share the news that Jordan Wright has extended his contract at Broxburn Athletic.

The one-year extension takes the centre back’s contract into 2023.

The defender has been in solid form at the start of this season and he is an integral part of manager Chris Townsley’s vision for the side.

Jordan spoke to us about staying on with the brox: ” I have enjoyed every minute of my time at Broxburn since joining last year.

“Playing my football here has surpassed my expectations and it’s an absolute pleasure to be a part of such an incredible squad.”

Jordan expressed his gratitude to the club, teammates, and fans adding: “The level of professionalism shown across the whole club is incredible. We are given the best of best here I just hope we can repay in our performances.

“I hope we can get a good cup run going and push the pace in the league to give us the right platform moving forward.”
