With the celebrations of last season’s league win banked we now prepare for the new season in the challenging Lowland League . We have lined up a programme of testing warm up matches for the new season  . We start off with a friendly at Livingston Stadium against Livingston Football Club  with a 7.45pm kick off on Tuesday the 25th of June . Tickets priced at £5 for all categories are available on Livingston’s Fanbase app or from the ticket office at Livingston . Under 16’s are free entry for this match but must pick up a ticket from the ticket office which will be open until kick off .  This coming Saturday we host Stirling Albion at the Albyn Park with a 2-30pm kick off admission as is for all friendlies will be Adults £5 Concessions  £3  Under 16’s will be admitted free but under 16’s must have a season ticket which will be available to be picked up this week from the reception on Thursday evening  and Tuesday’s Thursday’s and Saturday’s when at home in July . Other friendlies will be updated in the days to come .

We hope to have season tickets available this week .  Adult tickets are priced at £150 with Concession’s £80 Under 16’s season tickets will be free .  Tickets will hopefully be available from Thursday evening at 7pm with Tuesday’s, Thursday’s and Saturday’s when at home . Admission to matches this season have had to increase due to additional costs . Walk up to the gate on match days will be , Adults £10 concession’s £6 with 12-16 year olds without a season ticket £3 .

New signings can not be confirmed yet due to SFA admin being renewed and will be announced in due course . Hope to see you all at Livingston on Tuesday and we hope to be competitive in what will be a strong challenging league

We are delighted to have got past the South of Scotland Champions and gain promotion to the Lowland league . It has been an incredible season with many stories and memories to last a lifetime . The atmosphere created at the Albyn Park on Friday was brilliant and we thank you all for your support throughout the season home and away . We are very grateful to all our sponsors whom without we would not have been able to achieve the promotion . With many contributors to sponsorship we will be doing a massive thank you in due course . Our major Sponsor’s , Paragon Inks , Response Building Maintenance ,Gordon Bow and Rockbreakers  have been brilliant in their substantial sponsor ship .  With your support going forward next season 2024/25 we will endeavour to bring more success to the club , Community and Town .  “BACK THE BURN “

Well season almost over but East of Scotland hopefully over for ourselves . Pictured is all the team who have helped in some way to get over the line . There are others who have been a massive help working away in the background we thank everybody for this season . We now move on to two very big games away to Dalbeatie Star on Saturday and then the replay at the Albyn Park a week on Friday to make all the effort worth it with promotion at stake to the Lowland League 2024/25 .Thanks everybody for the support for the team it has got us where we are and long may it continue .

Man of the match for our last league game was Marky Munro who has been a constant performer all season and was well worthy of his award . He is seen pictured receiving his award from Eileen . Marky is sponsored for the past season by Jordan Refrigeration with his second and third kits sponsored by Mark and Mary Doran

Broxburn Athletic will play Dalbeatie Star in a two leg play off after Dalbeatie drew 1-1 with Creetown on Wednesday evening to win the South of Scotland Championship to win the right to play in the Lowland League next season 2024/2025 . The first leg will be played at Dalbeatie Star on the 18th of May with a 3-00pm kick off . The second leg will be at the Albyn Park on Friday the 24th of May with a 7-45pm kick off

All at the club would like to thank every body and every club who sent the club congratulations on winning the Premier League . It was an nice gesture by our host’s on Saturday and the match officials applauding the team on to the park . We thank Kinnoul for their hospitality and wish them a speedy return to the Premier league

With Beith winning the West of Scotland Premier league for the second season in a row , may we congratulate them on this success ,  it will be a two leg play off with the winner’s of the South of Scotland  for the place in the Lowland league as Beith do not have a SFA licence . The Dates we know are as follows  . Saturday 18th May Creetown or Dalbeatie Star v Broxburn Athletic  in the first leg with a 3-00pm kick off  . The second leg will take place on Friday evening the 24th of May at the Albyn Park with a 7-45pm kick off

Saturday’s Man of The Match award went to Alassan Jones who capped a fine match with a fine goal . Alassan is pictured here being presented with his awarded by hospitality stalwarts  Elizabeth Cunningham & Jennfer Quigley who had a day off at the game on Saturday .
