Broughty created the first opportunity of the match when Kevin Milne was set up but a fine tackle by Chris Townsley thwarted the attempt at goal . A minute later at the other end Nicholas Locke got down the right before shooting over the bar . Locke got down the right again on eleven minutes and his ball into the box was turned behind for a corner .From the corner Alexander Miller headed over the bar . Three minutes later a Locke shot saw the keeper push the ball round the post for a corner .when the corner came in Alexander Miller had a free header 8 yards out but it sailed high and wide . Andrew Gillen hit a ball into the box and the defender almost put the ball past his own keeper trying to clear it . The opening goal came half way through the half when Kieran Anderson lobbed a free kick into the box from the left hand side twenty five yards out it bounced untouched through the defence where GORDON DONALDSON had run through and guided the ball into the net . On twenty five minutes a Donaldson free kick deep wide left in his own half was cut out by Derryn Kesson who ran forward unchallenged before getting his shot away from the edge of the box but saw it go a foot wide of the right hand post . After half an hour Milne laid the ball back from inside the opposition box to Brian Clark on the edge of the box but he shot well over the bar .
Just before the hour mark Scott Richards laid the ball back to Locke who shot over the bar . Broughty had a good break away on the hour mark when 3 on 3 they laid the ball of to Jamie Winter who shot wildly past and the chance was gone .that was to cost the visitors a minute later when Anderson caught a long through ball to the right hand side of the goals he cut it across the six yard box where ALEXANDER MURRAY came storming in to fire home giving the keeper no chance .Donaldson tried a shot from thirty yards out but the keeper saved easily on 63 minutes . On 66 minutes Milne snatched at chance from a poor touch from Townsley on the edge of the box but shot over . A couple of minutes later Milne saw Connor Wallace pull of a fine save from a powerful shot . Substitute Christopher Liversedge fired a ball across the box from the left hand side but there were no takers and the ball went past the right hand post for a bye kick . Seventy one minutes gone and a throw in to Anderson saw him make space before firing in a shot that John Sinclair could only parry into the path of Alexander Murray but the striker shot high as he snatched at the opportunity . Andrew Gillen kept Broxburn’s clean sheet record intact when clearing of the line after a hopeful ball into the box looped high over everyone before Gillen cleared . The third goal came with a bizarre penalty, with Alexander Miller chasing a ball into the box the keeper hadcome of his line to gather the ball comfortably but for some reason Ryan Suttie decided to foul Miller as he got in the box and the penalty was awarded, CRAIG SCOTT stepped up to the spot and almost took the net off giving the keeper no chance . Alexander Murray set up Alexander Miller with a minute left on the clock but his strike partner shot just wide . The last piece of action saw a piece of sublime football when KIERAN ANDERSON got the ball on the left hand side of the penalty box two defenders tried to get the ball off him as he got close to the bye line he dummied both of them leaving them behind before firing an unstoppable shot past Sinclair to finish the game as the referee blew the final whistle as soon as brought restarted the game . That’s another clean sheet and four more goals which can only be described as impressive .Not the best game in recent weeks a dour affair at times but to come through it unscathed is good news .

With a strong westerly wind at their backs it was Broxburn who took the lead after six minutes when a free kick taken by Anderson was blocked by the wall it broke back to KIERON ANDERSON 30 yards out who despatched the ball in the net off the left hand post .Two minutes later Camelon should have equalised when Ross Crawford was through on goal but Wallace stopped the shot and Gillen cleared the danger .On eleven minutes a superb cross field pass to Alexander Miller was pin point but the striker’s touch let him down and the defender stepped in to clear for a corner . The second goal came on 13 minutes when good build up play saw the ball finally break of the defence to CRAIG SCOTT 25 yards out and he fired home giving Shaw no chance in the visitors goal .Within four minutes it was 3-0 when a KIERON ANDERSON free kick wide left five yards outside the box was fired in to the bottom left hand corner .Half way through the half Camelon had a good move which ended when Ryan Kane fired well over from the edge of the box .The fourth goal came after good passing play and finally played to SCOTT RICHARDS 20 yards out and he fired home into the bottom left hand corner .Ten minutes of the half remaining Camelon were pushing for a goal on the edge of the box but some desperate defending to equal the attack cleared the danger . Alexander Miller had a shot saved with nine minutes of the half remaining .The last opportunity of the half fell to Craig Donaldson with six minutes remaining he fired a shot at goals straight at Connor Wallace who could only parry it and grab it at the second attempt .
With everybody expecting the visitors to make use of the wind advantage the second half it was Broxburn who took the came to the visitors and in 48 minutes Alexander Murray got on the end of a Kieron Anderson cross field ball and put it in the net only to be ruled out for offside .On 52 minutes Anderson got down the left and fired a ball across the six yard box but the defender got there just before Miller and cleared for a Broxburn corner .From the corner the ball broke to the edge of the box and Scott Richards fired over the bar .Good play four minutes later when played the ball across to Miller but the defence stepped in to clear the danger . With the wind continuing to blow Camelon got a free kick with 17 minutes left Connor Wallace saved pushing it straight to Alan Docherty who headed it straight into the hands of Wallace and he knows he should have done better . ten minutes remaining and Craig Scott set up Nicholas Locke who’s shot was saved . In the dying embers of the match Anderson was set up by Miller and ran goal ward from the left curling a shot past the far right post . With the final whistle beckoning Anderson got down the left hand side and fired a ball across the box that was just to strong for the advancing Murray . That’s 3 games 16 goals for none against in some terrible conditions can not argue with the stats playing well scoring well and defending well all ingredient’s of a successful side .Next weekend home to Broughty and hopefully the form continues please note this will be a 2-30pm kick off

Straight from the kick off Ross Nimmo ,who had just passed a fitness test prior to kick off, went on a run down the right hand side and crossed into the box but it was cut out by Daryl Burns in the visitors goal. on 4 minutes Mark McDonald made a good overlap down the right but his ball into the box was cut out by Nick Locke . After quarter of an hour a ball to the back post was met by Marc Van der Kuhl who saw his shot blocked and away for a corner .After soaking up the little pressure the visitors had it was Broxburn who opened the scoring on twenty minutes .A good ball into the box by Andrew Gillen was met by the head of Alexander Murray who saw his header come of the cross bar but DARREN DOWNIE was there to head into the empty net unchallenged . Ross Nimmo tested the keeper four minutes later but the big keeper saved the ball at the second attempt . Just past the half way mark of the half Morgan Evans made Connor Wallace save his goal bound shot but the keeper saved comfortably . On the half hour mark the visitors should have equalised when the hosts lost the possession in midfield they broke away 3 on 2 and when Evans crossed to the back post for Montogomery, Andrew Gillen got in to tackle the ball away for a corner .At the other end three minutes later Anderson held the ball up well before passing back to Jack Beasley on the right hand side who’s shot was well saved by Burns .Broxburn made it 2-0 on 36 minutes when Ross Nimmo made a great pass through the visitors defence and ALEXANDER MURRAY was there with a well timed run to score .Six minutes later it was 3-0 when a throw in down by the corner flag on the right hand side found ALEXANDER MURRAY at the near post who turned and fired an unstoppable shot high into the net . With the last touch of the ball a Anderson cross into the box was met by the Luckless DALE ROBERTSON (former Broxburn player ) who could do nothing when it diverted off him into the net .
The second half saw three changes for the visitors but it was Boxburn who nearly took a bigger lead when an Anderson corner was met by the head of Murray who sent it wide right of the post . The next goal was only a minute later on 52 minutes when Great passing by Nimmo and Anderson sent DARREN DOWNIE through on goal and credit to the striker despite pulling his hamstring prior to the run kept his composure to slot the ball past the keeper . ROSS NIMMO made it six nil on 60 minutes when he fired home from 25 yards out central to goal in off the right hand up right giving the keeper no chance . On 64 minutes Darren Gribben sent Andrew Gillen down the right but a poor ball into the box was easily cleared .A minute later the same move produced a better ball into the box but in the end it was desperately cleared .ROSS NIMMO made it seven when robbing the defender and run in on goal around the keeper to score from a tight angle on the left .With 77 minutes on the clock a Darren Gribben cross deep into the box from the right almost caught the keeper out as Anderson steamed in but was second as the bigger keeper clutched the ball out the air . The only real opportunity for the visitors came in the 77th minute when Graeme Hart found himself five yards out at the left hand side of the six yard box but found Connor Wallace in fine form to deny him a goal and the ball was cleared . Scott Richards was sent a ball in front of goals by Anderson but he could not get enough direction on his header and he saw it go over the bar . Anderson set up young Ryan Robertson who done well to get in position at the back post but rushed his shot wide of the right hand post . With a minute left another Colts under nineteen player ,David Paton , made a great run down the left before cutting inside along the bye line to cut the ball back to ALEXANDER MURRAY who delightfully completed his hat trick . A superb result with a make shift defence and short on numbers but the players dug in and the Colts under 19’s did well that come on and the ones that came along and sat on the bench were a credit to their team ,the future is bright .
